"I met Jean back in April of 2001. As luck would have it, Jean was the person available to talk with at RE/MAX when I stopped in one day. We spoke for a while and during our conversation I noticed how well she listened to me -- not to mention how much information she shared about real estate. I wasn't ready to purchase a home at that time; I was merely looking for a good agent to work with in the future.
