JeanJeanTheRealEstateQueen is bringing the Re/Max Hot Air Balloon to: Spring Valley Elementary School Weather permitting, a special 50-foot tall RE/MAX Hot Air Balloon will make an appearance Friday morning, May 30, for a special program for the students at Spring Valley Elementary School, Kalamazoo, MI, courtesy of RE/MAX Advantage and RE/MAX of Michigan.

The balloon meister will tether the balloon outside for the students. If the weather does not allow a tether, a “huff & puff” cold air inflation (without a heater) will be given. The children will then assemble for a balloon history presentation. “We enjoy providing the RE/MAX balloon at community events,” said Jean Vermillion of RE/MAX Advantage. “Kids, especially, love seeing a hot air balloon and we’re pleased to be a part of the educational process. Hot air balloons have continued to delight all ages since it development in France in 1783,” she continued. The RE/MAX balloon, seen often at festivals and sporting events throughout the year, is one of four RE/MAX Hot Air Balloons stationed in Michigan. RE/MAX currently has the largest corporate fleet of hot air balloons in the world with more than 90 RE/MAX Hot Air Balloons in North America. The red, white and blue balloon is recognized worldwide as the corporation symbol for RE/MAX. RE/MAX Advantage is a franchisee of RE/MAX of Michigan, the regional real estate franchisor for all territories outside of the Detroit metro area. RE/MAX of Michigan currently serves the state with 94 offices and more than 1,000 Sales Associates. |

Accepting An Offer >The First Offer
Often the first offer to come in is the best one. When a house is fresh on the market, there is usually a rush of activity and the buyers who see it during the first thirty days are likely to be the most interested. While your home is new on the market, it will receive the most exposure, so the chances of finding a serious buyer are greater during this period of time. If you are fortunate enough to receive an offer right away, you will probably be better off if you accept it and work on resolving any issues that arise relative to price and terms.
